Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using silentgridlabs.com (the “Site”) or engaging any services offered by Silent Grid Structure LLC. By accessing the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Silent Grid Structure LLC provides done-for-you AI lead generation and sales automation systems for B2B businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Custom AI outbound infrastructure design and implementation
Automated lead prospecting and qualification systems
Outreach sequence setup and management
Ongoing system optimization and management retainers

Payment Terms

Setup Fee: A one-time project fee due before or upon project kickoff, as agreed in writing.
Monthly Retainer: Ongoing management fees billed on a monthly basis, as agreed in the service agreement.
All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) and communicated in the client's service agreement prior to commencement.
Payments are processed securely via our payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before project kickoff, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. Refund requests after work has begun will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

Client Responsibilities

To enable delivery of services, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information in a timely manner
Grant necessary access to tools and platforms required for service delivery
Respond to communications promptly to avoid delays
Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables produced by Silent Grid Structure LLC. The Company retains the right to use anonymized project data for internal improvement and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Results Disclaimer

While we design our systems to maximize performance, Silent Grid Structure LLC does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to number of leads generated, meetings booked, or revenue produced. Results vary depending on factors outside our control including market conditions, client industry, and offer quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silent Grid Structure LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
